ARWELY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products purchased through ARWELY are intended for personal use and not commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Your final order amount will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.
Depending on your location, additional amounts may apply, including:
- taxes;
- shipping charges;
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- handling or carrier charges.
Where these charges are not collected directly at checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant authorities or delivery provider.
International customs and import charges are determined by local authorities and may be outside ARWELY’s control.

Where you pay by card or another payment service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders require processing before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, destination and whether an item requires personalization or engraving.
Delivery dates and transit times displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- weather events;
- peak seasonal demand;
- transportation disruption;
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery, risk or damaged goods.

The Services and their contents, including without limitation ARWELY branding, logos, text, graphics, photography, images, videos, layouts, designs, product descriptions and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ARWELY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, commercially exploit, transmit or create derivative works from material belonging to ARWELY, except where permitted by applicable law.
The ARWELY name, branding, logos, slogans and distinctive brand elements may not be used without prior authorization.
Shopify’s name, logos, products and related branding belong to Shopify and its respective rights holders.
All other third-party trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, integrations or services supplied by third parties.
We do not necessarily control or monitor these third-party tools.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ARWELY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with ARWELY.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ARWELY, including injury, damage or loss resulting from products and services purchased from ARWELY.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with ARWELY.

Where legally permitted, you grant ARWELY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish and display Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving and promoting the Services.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.
You must not submit content that:
- infringes third-party rights;
- is unlawful, defamatory or abusive;
- contains malware or harmful code;
- intentionally misrepresents your identity or experience.
Where reviews or other user content are displayed, ARWELY may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
If compensation, free products or other incentives were provided in connection with Feedback, applicable disclosure requirements must be followed.

Where legally permitted, we may cancel or amend an order affected by an obvious material error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARWELY and its affiliates, employees, service providers, contractors, licensors and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.
Shopify and its affiliates are subject to the limitations described in Section 9.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARWELY, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against third-party claims arising from:
- your material breach of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your infringement of the rights of another person.
Any indemnification obligations will apply only to the extent legally enforceable.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and any separate agreements relating to the Services are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts at ARWELY's registered place of business in Switzerland.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available to them under the laws applicable to their place of residence where such protections cannot legally be waived, nor of their right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence where the law provides for it.
