    How long does delivery take?

    Switzerland 2–4 working days, rest of Europe 3–7. Tracking arrives by email the moment your parcel is scanned.

    Silver 925 or waterproof steel — what is the difference?

    Waterproof Steel pieces are 316L stainless steel with PVD plating: shower, swim and train in them, the colour stays. Sterling Silver 925 pieces are real silver, rhodium- or gold-plated — take them off for the pool and the sea and they will stay bright for years. The material is stated on every product page.

    What if it does not suit me?

    Send it back within 30 days, unworn and in its box, and we refund the full amount.
